Just call the cops and save all messages/texts for proof of terroristic threats. After he is arrested, obtain a temporary protection order. If he comes around after that, one call and be is back in jail. He will get tired of paying for bail.

And get a gun....even if its a .22 and keep it in the house. If he breaks in, light his ass up.
