So my mother comes to visit and i take her to O'charlies to eat and catch up.
Well the service wasnt great, not terrible but unattentive and unfriendly, well i still believe in tipping at least 15% unless there is something terribly awry. Well total is 40.04 and i make it out to 46.04
Right at 15% even though I dont believe she deserved it.
Well i was in a hurry so when she came with the check i jsut handed her my card, and left my receipt on table.
On my bank statement (check weekly) it showed 48.xx well i didnt have my receipt but i remembered it being a tad less.
I called and after some bickering teh manager found my credit payment in the computer and said bill was for 40.xx( the bill was 40, the charge was 48,) (I had forgot) and I told her I think the 48 is fraudulent bc i dont think id leave more than 15% for poor service. I told her i left 15% im 90% sure, and im sorry if im wrong but id like to be sure.
She said she cant get my slip to see anything blah blah they send it to main office.... Well i told her i need a copy of it bc I feel there has been fraudulent activity. She tried to be slick and not call me back as well, I have had to call every few days.
so it turns out that the skinny meth fuck addict bitch changed my 6 to an 8, to give herself a 2$ tip for a keybump or whatever crackheads scrounge change for. I think she noticed how unattentive I was to the check and leaving my receipt on table and took advantage of it.. but 2 dollars? wtf
do i press charges or take the corporate "how can we make this better? may we buy your next meal?" they didnt say anything about the waitress, do i need to ask if she will be reprimanded or let go?
Ive pretty much made my mind (FUCK THAT I DONT LIKE PPL PLAYIN ON MY PHONE) but thought id share and get your opinion.
and DISCLAIMER its not about hte money, im cheap on some things, but 2$ wont kill me, its more that i was stolen from.
