While the odds of catching a rapist or murderer are slim to none compared to anything it does not take the entire police force to catch a drunk......they seem to make them selves pretty visible. A friend of mine went for a "ride along" with a cop which is something any one can do and he told me the cop pulled people over for anything he could think of just to look for drugs. some may be doing there job...but most are just abusing the perks of it and the bad cops far out weigh the good cops
