    That's not a bad thing to say. I dont see why she is complaining, what that basically means is when management is trying to tell her something or explain to her about work, that she doesnt have to be so combative and listen to what they say w/ out going but ... this and... oh I know how to ... oh but... sort of stuff. Management likes an employee to hear what they have to say and try to improve on it. It's not saying she's doing anything wrong, alot of people do that to their management though, me including lol.

    i agree, pick your battles. Thats their way of saying every once in awhile SHUT THE FUCK UP and do what i tell you even if you think its wrong
