lol...you should try the management side....my job depends on what 9 technicians feel like doing everyday...try finding ways to motivate 9 people who are completely different while having an hr rep on your ass 24/7 trying their damndest to create drama of some kind and a gm who wants results regardless if the equipment fails, if the techs suck at life, etc and a job where you have to be written up for the same thing 4 times in a 90 day span before being terminated....which makes disciplinary actions completely useless
