lol funny thing is when they have our weekly improvement things, I do. I act interested and ask good questions and say thanks a lot for the great info, or anything along those lines. I guess like what was said earlier, they'll always look for things to complain about. They would much rather you hit 200% of your goals and less emphasis on customer service... reason why AT&T is last place in customer service right now...
