Its a proven fact that this has nothing as a long term effect to hurt anything.. I am not talking about steriods DOH DOH
you can just google it....same difference and saves me time (PS wiki or google Creatine kinase to get your physiology right, and tell me if h20 is NOT a byproduct of it's synthesis)

why put anything in your body that is not regulated? that is just ASKING for trouble, and my arguement extends to all supps, riods, etc

i dont think it is bad, i think it is a WASTE and just bloats your muscles with water, it does not build new sacromeres.

you can get the recommended amount of creatine through nutrition.

There are NEW types of creatine that does not bloat, nor gas you or fill you with water and is a waste........

Also only known health report of being bad is 1 case of someone having kidney stones and who says that person doesnt drink MT DEW and MILK everyday

OKAY, let me get this NEW? you know your body will break down whatever you put into it or you will piss/shit it out....

so in this case, if your body isn’t pissing/shitting out this 'new' type of creatine out b/c it doesn’t recognize it, then it would be breaking it down to the molecular level as creatine, so it would still have the same molecular structure of the 'OLD' creatine, thus having water as a byproduct, therefore causing 'bloating' in the scaromere (muscle cell)....

PS im not trying to be hard on you ASE, just educate you!
