    I prefer bodybuilding.com it's cheaper and if you order early enough it will show up the next day bc it ships out of Florida. Also if you order over $75 worth of shit, you get to pick from a list of free items; I usually get their t-shirts.

    But yes you can get all that at GNC.....IMO stay away from anything BSN bc it's just the same stuff with a ridiculous markup bc all the bodybuilders are paid to promote it.

    Also beware of a lot of products. Always research them first, some will do more harm than good. While a lot of them just make you waste money, they run straight through you without doing anyhting to benefit you and you piss them right out.

    I used to take Anavol Hardcore. It's a type of creatine that DOES NOT CAUSE you to gain water weight. That way you don't feel bloated and you don't shrink when you quit taking it.

    Thats why I asked what kinda you were taking Josh. I was gonna suggest Super Pump like ATLSRT8 said.

    Hes also right about the water weight. Once you get off the creatine youll just end up losing it unless you start taking something else.

    That's why I like Anavol. It's not a water based creatine supplement like most others. It doesn't make you hold just water.

    Also try a carb loader and a pre workout such as Jack3d (new shit) and they work amazing

    I agree with taking a pre-workout supplement it helps pump you up. But also be cautious of a lot of supplements. A lot are garbage that do nothing for you, just promoted but do nothing. Always do your research on anything you are taking or thinking about taking for the best results.

    N.O. Shotgun us garbage I didn't feel anything from.

    N.O. Xplode was my favorite for the longest time but requires 2 scoops, so I would go through a bottle way too quick.

    Super Pump 250 is my current favorite bc it's only one scoop and gives me more energy than the others.

    why even take it?? i didnt take anything when i was in high school an i benced 275 power cleaned 275 an squated 450.. an only weight 147... its all about how hard you work n push your self in the weight room

    OK Just came from GNC tonight and I got new creatine caps, that doesnt full up your with bloating an full of water, and I also got some SUPER PUMP lol I asked them for SUPER PIMP the lady said you mean SUPER PUMP lololo
    Its the 250 and blue berry I took 2 scoops and holly shitt I feel like I can work out for more time!!!!!
    Also got some better protein Choc flavor!! super good!!!!

    I went to the store and bought 150 bucks of fruit , and nuts, and vegiies

    Off to a good start...oh and I had like 10 glasses of water today god I hate the taste of water...Anything I can do to the taste with out adding a lot of sugar>>>?????

    if you are talking about 300lbs fat people that sit on the couch all day then, no. i have yet to see someone that's a healthy 300lbs and that can't do that.

    i dont understand why ppl take any of this crap.

    why would you waste money on something that is only damaging your body (vital organs, joints, muscles, etc for example)?

    if you do see any 'results' they can only be maintained with the product, it is not a lifestyle you can maintain for your whole life. It is also not beneficial for your body in the short or long term.

    why take any stimulants or supps if you are just doing it to be vain? i dont even encourage it in my age group or pro athletes i train. my husband, who has played on a pro level and is training again to return to pro status, wont touch even creatine or AA, yet he is 5'8'', 185 lbs and 8-9 percent FM (fatty mass or body fat) in season and has plenty of power and strength to lay guys out and make 95mph slapshots just through proper training and nutrition.

    I have done many many searches with nothing other then GAS Bloating and the shittssss.....Which I have on GAS.......lololol which I changed this up and now I am fine!!!!!

    everything you can't get natrually for you is bad. just eat plenty of protein enriched food and you'll be fine. it will take you longer to see improvements, but when you get there at least you know it's all natural.

    But Creatine is a as safe as drinking our shitty water system!!!!

    as far as protien is concerned, there are 16+ AA (amino acids) vital for muscle rebuilding that can ONLY be found in beef. it cannot be man made
