ive learned that being nice is a good thing regaurdless.but when u are too nice fit hits the shan.there are definitely times when being a complete and total asshole is needed though.never let a woman put herself in a mans place.if you let that happen shit gets out of hand fast.getting to the point, treat them with respect but let them know who is running the shit, then things should flow rather nicely.
