i had to get a cop to come and sign a T22B form i think it was. That was just to make sure that the VIN was correct.
The thing is what you put up there is not what you get for a bonded title. With that stuff you get a regular title in your name. DO NOT GET A BONDED TITLE.
i dont remember the number to the hapeville place. but its in phonebooks or just look it up online. not to hard
