ok if the guy OWNED The car IE the title was IN HIS NAME an he just lost it, then al you ahve to do is take him down to HAPEVILLE (just south of ATL on I-75) and you walk in , pay $28 an get the title RIGHT THEN AN THERE.

He shows his ID, says "i lost a title to a car i owned" and the print it up.

If he never switched the title in his name, then you HAVE to get a bonded title.
