Original Motor: F22A1 (OBD2A)
New Motor: DOHC F20A (OBD1)
New ECU: Stock ECU for the F20A (P6 or something like that)
Can I just use a conversion harness and be done? or do I need to go through the trouble of buying all new sensors?

Should be the same as a Civic swap of the same sort. Use a jumper harness and the ECU for the new motor. Think the jumper harness you'd need is an OBD2A-1 harness.
Check this link: http://www.boomslang.us/obd2to1.htm
whats the year of the car?
obs2a to obd1 harness.
buying new sensors will do nothing as the motor has no place for certain sensors.
he dosnt need to change sensors or anything. all he has to do is buy a jumper harness so he can plug up obd1 ecu, other than that its plug and play.
have you ever done a obd conversion? if not please leave the thread
who me? if so then its none of your business if not me then ignore that
