That definately isn't a factual statement. I personally have raced an E46 M3 that was 100% stock when I had all my mods (cai, plenum, testpipes & catback) and he still pulled on me once we got up to about 110mph, then he steadly walked away.

well not factual with all Z's obviously, All Z's put down different numbers. I personally have a friend with a 2006 SMG M3 and when i put on a catback and CAI i pulled on him by half a car on the highway and he wasn't catching me by the time i hit 120.
