i think the zs with the twin intake are much better!

actually i looked it over and found that the hr version of the vq35 started in 07. + 07 and above zs look better with led tails and better headlights. i alsio like the raised hood on the 07s

You're right, HR started in 07, but I think the LED taillights came in 06. Not sure about the headlights. Originally, I thought you were gonna say something about the rev-up vs. non rev-up engines...

For the $10k you would have spent in mods you would have a completely stock car that is probably faster than the modified Z (arguable)

You are right about that.

I believe E46 M3s dyno somewhere in the 270rwhp range while stock 350Zs (older ones, not sure about the new ones) dyno somewhere around 230whp with similar weight.

I saw 2-3 different 350Zs dyno at a Main Stream dyno day between 225whp and 235whp. Granted, this was 3 years ago so I don't know if the new ones make anymore power.

My G made 224rwhp bone stock, after my CAI, upper plenum, testpipes and cat back, I was making 240rwhp. They new vq35hr is making around 250rwhp bone stock, but i have seen a dyno with only test pipes and exhaust on an HR and it made 264rwhp (i think).

I didnt get as deep as you two, but I know from first hand experience too...unfortunately
