    i got sponsor help from mark massina from xs-power but nothing super big just the esentials for the turbo kit cuz we want to proove everyone you can do it without havin to spend an arm and leg,

    i am doing all the fab, work in my car and everything on the engine buildup, as well as the wiring rollcage you name it! and my best sponsor is my pocket i like to thank xs-power, for all the help with the turbo components.

    here are more pictures!

    i prep the mock up engine+trany (in a note this is the w58 i got for now cuz i got all the components for it but the r154 is on the basement waiting for the 1jz bellhousing,

    and you guys wont going to belive it but it went so clean inside the bay that i was like... :shock: something is going to happen!!!! 8)

    and to surprise me more look the trany shifter position, now i really start to worry and i was really like,,, :shock: damn something is really to be real f..ked up later i know :roll:

    then i realize today is my f..king day cuz it was almost unbelivable when i went down underneath the car and the transmission x-member and mount just bolt together and the driveshaft went in like it was made for it! CAN YOU BELIVE THAT :shock: :lol:

    now is a really small interference with the turbo and hood, but nothing serious cuz i was going to cut most of the reinforcement out so no problem at all!

    and here is were i got to do my magic, i got to cut the factory x-member brackets to weld new ones nothing serious it is going to be super easy thats on the next update.

    look the front of the engine oil pan line in comparassion with the front radiator suport almost scuared ahhh?

    i lower the car to the floor and the ride height is almost the same as if the 22r engine still there.

    and here is how it looks !

    more updates comming sooner than you think :wink:

    my sheetmetal intake manifold parts like cuting the parts out of cardboard templates and this is what i have done till now!

    i did the motor mount crossmember brackets they look ok to me but i run out of welding wire (spool empty) so i got to stop when i almost finish it, what you think!

    these are the old brakets for the 20r;

    this is how it looks now with the new brackets;

    this is a close up of the bracket-solid mount without the top gussets cuz running out of welding wire :x ;

    crossmember finished!

    i will need a 8 inch wheel for the back these are 10 inches so are the tires, thats why they look too wide for the rears "also need to take in consideration i didnt rolled the rear 1/4 lips yet and didnt hammer the iner tubb yet" in order to have more space but i am prety sure they fit!
    by the way all this is just moked up i will take it appart again to clean and paint it real good!

    and here the front brake system done :wink:

    ok now the front brakes are complete with the front suspension, what you think now ahhh?

    i recive today the bellhousing for the R154 now i just need to fabricate a scatershield in 1/4 inch to be legal in NHRA. thanks to the guys at http://www.RRevMotorsports.com in portland oregon! tim help me wright away and very afordable!

    here are some new pictures of the intercooler mounted!

    ok i did massage the rear inner fender (and boy that was a fricking hard job to do so) and look at the diference betwine them with the 15x10 wheels side by side!
    unmassaged; the tire was touching the iner fender in this picture

    massaged; the tire is like 1/2 inch from the iner fender in this picture

    so when i get the 15x8 billet specialtys i buy for the back got to be killer

    Looks like a good start but can you please use complete sentences or be more descriptive when you type. Translating what you were writing was giving me a headache. Other than that it looks amazing

    it is just mounted but i will weld in -16 an fittings and stainless lines for it

    seat

    BOV sponsored by xs-power

    head studs main studs and rod bolts

    inter cooler piping couplers tbolt clamps and V-band exhaust clamp fot the down pipe on turbo

    and the microtech ltx12s 45psi map sensed!

    motive gears 4.10 to be precise

    some new axles from moser that includes green high perf. bearings and 5/8 race studs kit.

    the rearend housing painted and ready to go in!

    the front coilover suspension ready and installed! ( by the way it came up super nice and smooth)

    in this picture i want to tell that the car is on the air on jackstands so it got to look sick when i lay it down in the floor!

    and the rear bumper installed, i made custom brackets for it and it really pays off it is just beautiful!

    here is the intake half done it need to be welded from the outside of the runners, smooth out the runners, the back plenum cover the front one with the TB flange, and the fuel rail! sounds a lot but it is less than what i have done on it already !check it out!

    chek what i was talking about with the weld taking the place of the velocitys!

    rear end + suspension setup!

    brake pump installed just waiting on the line lock to hook it up!

    I wasnt trying to be a dick. I understand the build. I just hate when people spend alot of time to do a quality build and dont document the process fully. If the build actually gets finished and people use it as a reference for something they want to build it would help them out to be able to reference your work. Anywho.. Just my

    yes i get that "very sick buildup" comment every time and yes it will be i am hoping mid 8 seconds run in this car due to it weights 1000+ Lbs. less than the MK4 supra with the same WHP that have run in the mid 8's with manual trany, so i am aiming my cannons right there.

    who are you kidding, you're totally taking it out on the street
    your work is an inspiration, stay at it.
    your fab skills seem very well rounded, too (i wish i had the skills/tools to weld aluminum....)
