But i'm still not understanding the whole pressure to sell thing (Best buy). How do they know if you're selling anything or not because it's not based on commission...People ask where this or that CD is and then you help them find it. The cashier doesn't know who helped them find the CD, so how do the managers know if you're ever "selling" anything or not?

Oh, and about the accessories, yea i can see that. They JACK up the price on accessories at Best Buy. My friend got me a $30 usb cable, and with his employee discount it came up to $1.25.... thats insane. Personally, i'd be buying accessories like crazy and just turn around and start selling them bitches, even though it's supposed to be for you or your wife...
Exactly...

Now the way they find out if your selling and stuff, is b/c the managers there are like hawks and will ALWAYS have an eye on you and the rest of the store. Those guys are no joke, they're EVERYWHERE! Always, you'll always see a manager. And then pretty much if your department isn't producing, the whole department gets it. So it isn't just like an individual punishment, most of the time, unless they see you always slacking. Better get ready to sell those PSP's!! Lol....the Performance Service Plans, they go crazy over those
