Some authorized agents pay their employees VERY well. It's just hard to find those haha. Besides, with authorized agents, you do have the potential to make more money if you hustle. Such as buying back customers phones and getting a new case on them and then selling them back to those customers who want phones but no contract. I know you can do a lot more with the phones when your an authorized agent, than in the store

I saw they had a "Now taking applications" sign in the window last night so i might drop by there. I applied online the other day and havent heard shit from corporate but i got straight FUCKED on my commission this month so im kinda pissed and at this point im looking at leaving full time, not just the weekend gig anymore

When I worked at Nextel corporate, we had this thing where we exchanged customers phones if they were insured, we would do it right there in the store. So most of the times customers would leave me their old phones, I'd swap them out with the new ones, and flip them right backSo I quit
Corporate Cingular takes FOREVER to reply man. Our commission scale isn't so good right now. But that's the company's way of kind of forcing some people to quit. They drop the commission scale, some people quit, they get new people, and then they raise it again. But as of right now, it is terrible

Hey Pm me your scale lol....i need to try to see what i can get out of this agent if i get lined up and go with them...If they give me my hourly now, ill be fairly happy if the comm. is better.... Dayyum!! I'd stay at authorized agents if I were you!! Our commission scale is so fucked right now that people are getting screwed out of $1000-$1500/month on commission

the 6k on that commission was my old cingular agent...only problem with that was that we had shitty locations and i would only get like 10-15 sales a month...last month i did WAYYYY more (i did anywhere from 3-9 sales a dayDayyum!! I'd stay at authorized agents if I were you!! Our commission scale is so fucked right now that people are getting screwed out of $1000-$1500/month on commission)
