At Best Buy, you really don't do any kind of selling. People come into Best Buy already knowing what they want to buy and what they're looking for. It's not that hard to point someone in the correct direction. What they want you to do is try and get the customer to get accessories. Hey some customers don't have the money for the accessories, some people don't want the accessories, as they're giving it away as a gift.

I'm not trying to bash you here, but how could you work at Kroger for 6 years?!
