The thing is, how is it any different if Smacked calls someone out from a roll when he's 99% sure he can win than if Thacker calls someone out from a dig when he's 99% sure he can win. The only difference is that Smacked sucked it up and ran him from a dig knowing he would probably lose. I don't know Thacker so I don't know what his reasoning is but it sounds like he's too chicken shit to rick losing. When you put two buses on Smacked, talk shit. Until then, stfu.
Not always the case. I was able to beat (barely) a GT500 making 683rwhp. I talked to the guys in the shop who worked on it, and that's the number they gave me. The p:w is in his favor, yet I still edged him out. I have also raced KB Cobras making right at 600rwhp, or just over. I raced Marshal, who is making 10 - 15 more rwhp than me....edged him out each time as well.
Your p:w ratio is about 90% of what determines who will win a race from a roll. But that's what makes it fun, because it's not always the case, and there's only 1 way to find out.....
