Chris and I are going to start looking for a house now and I dont really know where to begin. I work at Morris Hardwick Schneider....and I know what goes on with actually buying a house......title exams etc. The part I dont know about is do we need to find a house we like or go to agents to find it for us? Now we wont have any kind of down payment, so we want to finance it 100% and someone told me about special programs for first time buyer, but I am not sure. Is there a book I can read to help me or something cause I really hate not knowing what to do. Any help would be great thanks!!!
