dont let the low to moderate incomes fool you...i think the cutoff for the program is like income of $160,000

if you use a lender associated with the DCA they will walk you through everything...all you do is find the house you want you can get $5000 in free money for closing that you dont have to repay unless you decide to sell your house

Only bad part is it takes 60-75+ days process the loan, then even if you are approved, you run the risk of the money not being there and have to wait for refunding the program via the legislator...I looked into the loan myself and found all that out. But it's a great program if you get through

I didnt have to jump through so many hurdles it when I used it to buy my house in Dec through marketstreet morgage and I got an additional 2500 for being a Probation officer :shrug:
