    im looking for a lawyer that specializes in HOA and covenants for communities. I just bought a house and having trouble with the HOA. As a community(16 familys) we have not paid the outrageous money they re demanding, and have been sending letters protesting the fees. HOA can put a lean on every one of our houses so we are now seeking a lawyer specailizing in this area of law.

    I don't think there are lawyers that specifically specialize in HOA matters, but any good and experienced RE lawyer should be able to guide you. If you need some names, I'd be happy to give you some.
