what canon lense do you use the most?

im new to the game and just curious as to what lenses you canon guys are using. just post up your favorite lense you ACTUALLY use.. please dont just post up the lense that cost the most and you wish you could have hah

im looking at getting the cannon 70-300mm is usm lens.. anyone have it or have any comments on it?

well ive got the 18-55mm cannon is kit lense for close up and wide angle shots. im in the market for a nice decent priced telephoto lens for anything outdoors ie sports, nature, landscapes etc.
