Thats kinda negative and mean. Shit Im 5"8 and I bench 300 and I weight 185 pounds. I stopped taking in any supplements 2 months ago, I really don't want to fuck my body up with it. Just eat healthy and do some cardio. I can't really suggest any supplements. No explode I took it for a while and I noticed some gains but the price for that shit ate my wallet up! Try all natural. But I probally will start up taking just whey protein because I don't think I'm taking in enough protein myself.
