GACIK...Go to GNC and ask them about it. the stuff is awsome! It has a shit ton of amino acids and you take it 45 minutes before you work out on an empty stomach..increases indurance and strength(yes strength) its not steriods. Its been tested for over 8 years. Also do the whey shake 1 or 2 depending on what you wanna do. Eat healthier. etc. Ive actually gained weight but thats being 6'2 and 169lbs to 190lbs..I work out 5 days a week, and m,t,th,f,s and am about where I want to be. Hope this helps
