now that thats over, lots of people are gonna tell you to take lots of junk most of which wont work. protien is basiclly protien, cant really go wrong there (you might like the taste of whey over soy or vise versa). i personally dont like taking shit that alters my bodies chemestry, the word cycle make me nervous. so i started taking nitric oxide, this nasty shit called noexplode. horrible stuff, it made me feel better until i started working out and then it just made me sick. i saw some small gains but nothing like i thought i should. so halfway through the second jug, and 2 months later, i went to the gnc near my new house and talked to the nice lady that owns it. turns out i couldnt take in enough of the stuff to work on someone my size without up chuckin. worse still it wouldnt really work on someone my size anyways cause its made for the average american who is 60-75lbs lighter than i am now. so as the story gets longer she recommended i take this stuff called NO2. for the record all other nitric oxide products are cheap knock offs of this stuff. all i can say now is holy crap. in 2weeks i saw more gains with no2 than i saw in 2 months of noexplode, which is good cause it costs almost twice as much. it is seriously great stuff and so worth the money, i've been taking it about 1 month now and i've had to rip all the sleeves on my t-shirts so my arms will fit, i had to have my suits refitted for my back and chest, and i've had to buy new polo shirts. the really sick part is nothing happened for about a week, i mean i felt a ton better but no visual changes. beginning of the 2nd week i started to get bigger in a hurry, and by the beginning of the 3rd week my muscles had started to eat the fat off my body. i could go on and on about how great this stuff is, best thing to do is go to gnc and get the little book they have on it. if you like the creatine there is a cycle that goes with the no2, but it cost more obviously.
