What are the best over the counter supplements and what dosages?
I am 5'8'' and 215lbs and bench 265lbs and I take Creatine 30 minutes before working out as well as a protien shake every morning and 1 in the afternoons that i workout which are sundays-wednesday-fridays, Im not happy with my muscle gains.
I also want to loose 20lbs of fat.
