    Default What are the best legal supplements?

    What are the best over the counter supplements and what dosages?
    I am 5'8'' and 215lbs and bench 265lbs and I take Creatine 30 minutes before working out as well as a protien shake every morning and 1 in the afternoons that i workout which are sundays-wednesday-fridays, Im not happy with my muscle gains.
    I also want to loose 20lbs of fat.

    All post will be appreciated.

    GACIK...Go to GNC and ask them about it. the stuff is awsome! It has a shit ton of amino acids and you take it 45 minutes before you work out on an empty stomach..increases indurance and strength(yes strength) its not steriods. Its been tested for over 8 years. Also do the whey shake 1 or 2 depending on what you wanna do. Eat healthier. etc. Ive actually gained weight but thats being 6'2 and 169lbs to 190lbs..I work out 5 days a week, and m,t,th,f,s and am about where I want to be. Hope this helps

    do not look into Gakic at all...MuscleTech supplements are a joke. Everyone i've heard that has taken Gakic feels horrible after their workout and really don't notice a difference in performance.

    You say you want to lose 20lbs of fat, and gain muscle...you probably need to pick one or the other to do first. Either cut the crap out of your diet and focus on the cardio portion of your workouts to cut fat, or bulk up and then cut the fat (the more lean muscle you have, the more calories the body burns just in daily maintenance, so bulk/cut is the route most people use)

    Go do some reading on these topics at bodybuilding.com or bulknutrition.com

    and if you're looking for a legal supplement...try Superdrol...it's a prohormone, but it is legal and will be sold on bulknutrition until june 30th for $19.99 a bottle...just read the comments on it and do some research because this supplement requires that you do a few other things to take care of yourself during the cycle and afterwards.

    first of all, your a fat ass. im 5" taller than you, weigh 10lbs more, and my bench max is something well on the other side of 300lbs. course about 6 months ago i was like 250-260lbs and could barely bench 250lbs. run and eat just enough to cover your daily activity. stop eating sugar, most especially sodas. the reason you cant see your muscles is cause the fat is in the way.

    now that thats over, lots of people are gonna tell you to take lots of junk most of which wont work. protien is basiclly protien, cant really go wrong there (you might like the taste of whey over soy or vise versa). i personally dont like taking shit that alters my bodies chemestry, the word cycle make me nervous. so i started taking nitric oxide, this nasty shit called noexplode. horrible stuff, it made me feel better until i started working out and then it just made me sick. i saw some small gains but nothing like i thought i should. so halfway through the second jug, and 2 months later, i went to the gnc near my new house and talked to the nice lady that owns it. turns out i couldnt take in enough of the stuff to work on someone my size without up chuckin. worse still it wouldnt really work on someone my size anyways cause its made for the average american who is 60-75lbs lighter than i am now. so as the story gets longer she recommended i take this stuff called NO2. for the record all other nitric oxide products are cheap knock offs of this stuff. all i can say now is holy crap. in 2weeks i saw more gains with no2 than i saw in 2 months of noexplode, which is good cause it costs almost twice as much. it is seriously great stuff and so worth the money, i've been taking it about 1 month now and i've had to rip all the sleeves on my t-shirts so my arms will fit, i had to have my suits refitted for my back and chest, and i've had to buy new polo shirts. the really sick part is nothing happened for about a week, i mean i felt a ton better but no visual changes. beginning of the 2nd week i started to get bigger in a hurry, and by the beginning of the 3rd week my muscles had started to eat the fat off my body. i could go on and on about how great this stuff is, best thing to do is go to gnc and get the little book they have on it. if you like the creatine there is a cycle that goes with the no2, but it cost more obviously.

    I took gacik for about 3 months and my bench went up about 15 lbs...granite that could be a confidence thing...I never felt like shit after taking it...but you MUST take some kind of weight gainer iwth it, or its absolutely pointless. I at one point took NO2 but it didnt do too much. I havent had the time to take the Gacik so Im strictly shakes and workout...

    Thanks for the info and the advice but you got a smart ass mouth and need think about shit before you say it, I never said I can't see my muscles because I don't have that problem and it sounds like to me someone is lying about the steriods, If you Had to "Cut all the sleeves out of your T-shirts", someone is a little too cocky.     Thats kinda negative and mean. Shit Im 5"8 and I bench 300 and I weight 185 pounds. I stopped taking in any supplements 2 months ago, I really don't want to fuck my body up with it. Just eat healthy and do some cardio. I can't really suggest any supplements. No explode I took it for a while and I noticed some gains but the price for that shit ate my wallet up! Try all natural. But I probally will start up taking just whey protein because I don't think I'm taking in enough protein myself.

    Good supplements aren't cheap. I've tried a broad spectrum of supplements and to tell you the truth stacking Nitrix with NO-Xplode has been the best thing yet. You take the nitrix all day long in pill form and it gives you a small but constant flow of nitric oxide so your muscles stay firm. Right before the gym I take the NO-Xplode and once all the NO2 hits you, your muscles swell up and your lifting far more than you could before.

    Make sure you get the newer versions of these and I HIGHLY recommend using the Blueberry flavored NO-Xplode.

    i agree with sebastian no2 is the shit!! it will pack on the lean muscle my little brother is living proof. or may i say my litle big brother now.
