ok, so i'm trying to get in shape for the nopi swimsuit competition... and i was wondering if anyone had any tips for the lower abs? i'm not terribly outta shape, but just wantin to tone em up. please don't tell me regular crunches - they're not cuttin it. any suggestions are appreciated!
