Today:
7:45 am Protein Shake w/ skim milk
9:45 am can of tuna
12:00 noon 1/2 lb of ground beef (hamburger helper)
2:30 pm can of tuna and 1/2 lb of salad
More food to come...
I need to eat more I know that but I will be snacking on deli meats starting next week and peanuts so I will up my calories by at least 500-750 per day.
So what does everyone else eat daily?
