Thats a good idea man, I started doing that recently about 3 times a day. Smoked Turkey deli meat, first time is a sandwich on wheat bread though, other times is just plain so I don't take in too much bread through the day. But other than that, here's what I try to aim for each day. Don't really keep certain times for my meals though, seeing how I never wake up at a consistent time.Originally Posted by NEONRACER
1. 6-8 whole eggs (scrambled), bowl of oatmeal.

3. Tuna and spinach with light ranch dressing.

6. Protein Shake after workout.

I need to start adding stuff like peanuts in there too, I put a spoon of PB in my shake though.
