8am-two biscuits...one plain, other bacon/cheese
11am-some vegetable casserole and a cheeseburger(off the home grill)
tonight-dunno yet...
i don't really ever snack....i also ride my bike like 200 miles a week, so i don't worry all that much about how much or what i eat...i am trying to cut out pastries though...i'm 6'2" and at 185 right now...i wanna get down to 165-170 before march, when the racing season really kicks in...
