    Default What are you eating?

    Let's keep a running tab on what people are eating. Interesting to see how healthy and unhealthy people are eating these days.

    Today:

    7:45 am Protein Shake w/ skim milk

    9:45 am can of tuna

    12:00 noon 1/2 lb of ground beef (hamburger helper)

    2:30 pm can of tuna and 1/2 lb of salad

    More food to come...

    I need to eat more I know that but I will be snacking on deli meats starting next week and peanuts so I will up my calories by at least 500-750 per day.

    So what does everyone else eat daily?

    Lets see

    9 am bacon, egg and cheese biscuit from Bojangles
    1 pm half a large pizza from papa johns
    7 pm a couple of hamburgers
    8 pm alot of beer
    9 pm all the cookies I can nab from the woman
    10 pm dessert

    I will admit i dont eat very healty at all. I am slowly trying to get out of the bad eating and drinking habbits that I have.

    right now , im eating some Sonics...i got an order of fried peppers filled with cheese in it..this is some good stuff...anyone had this??

    Thats a good idea man, I started doing that recently about 3 times a day. Smoked Turkey deli meat, first time is a sandwich on wheat bread though, other times is just plain so I don't take in too much bread through the day. But other than that, here's what I try to aim for each day. Don't really keep certain times for my meals though, seeing how I never wake up at a consistent time.

    1. 6-8 whole eggs (scrambled), bowl of oatmeal.

    2. Turkey sandwich on wheat (sometimes subway, sometimes at home), steamed broccoli, (sometimes an orange)

    3. Tuna and spinach with light ranch dressing.

    4. Plate of tuna meat or 2 grilled chicken breasts, cran-grape juice w/ multi-vitamins

    5. Not really a meal, but Creatine supp before workout.

    6. Protein Shake after workout.

    7. Tuna meat about 2 hours before bed.

    I need to start adding stuff like peanuts in there too, I put a spoon of PB in my shake though.

    Here's mine if I get up early enough to fit in breakfast...

    1) Breakfast- I mix it up. It could be any of the following: Oatmeal, 2 egg whites + 2 whole eggs + turkey sausage, NutriGrain Bar (if I'm behind schedule), or Honey Nut Cherrios...but no matter what I eat, a large glass of OJ goes with it.

    2) Protein bar/shake

    3) Usually after the gym: Tuna on wheat, banana, yogurt, Protein shake

    4) Protein bar

    5) Turkey sandwich on wheat with banana/yogurt, or chicken/steak with wheat bread, protein shake

    6) If I'm up for it, protein bar

    I am guessing and extra 1/3 lb of meat a day worth around 40 grams of protein or so with the peanuts adding adding another 32 grams.

    Seems like some of you are trying to pack on some pounds.

    I've had sardines over the past couple days for breakfast (there is a greay way to make them tasty with bread) , same as the tuna effect?

    8am-two biscuits...one plain, other bacon/cheese
    11am-some vegetable casserole and a cheeseburger(off the home grill)
    tonight-dunno yet...

    i don't really ever snack....i also ride my bike like 200 miles a week, so i don't worry all that much about how much or what i eat...i am trying to cut out pastries though...i'm 6'2" and at 185 right now...i wanna get down to 165-170 before march, when the racing season really kicks in...

    I don't really have a plan...I only eat when I get hungry and only eat until i get full about 5-6 times a day...normally either fruit,yogurt, salad, chicken, WATER and plenty of it...I'm studying to be a nutritionist...so i guess i have to follow my own advice....

    hmm, my plan for today:

    11am breakfast: blueberry bagel with cream cheese and bacon (yum)

    2-3pm lunch: probably a piece of grilled chicken marinated in italian dressing

    6pm dinner: going to make spaghetti tonight.. will be dinner for the next 2 also.
