Exactly. For him to claim it is ART, he would have had to design the car itself. He didn't. Chevy did. He just added stuff to it.

If you built a fiberglass kit car into something you've never seen before, then you may have a leg to stand on. Or a West Coast chopper custom bike . Then you'd have to give credit to the builder.
