Its called random mutation that resulted in a dominant trait. Im not saying it doesn't have its flaws, because it most certainly does. BTW I am in no way religious.

i'm not that religious either

but i think to believe that we are simply here on our own and are only purpose is to advance technology and biogenetically enhance the next generaion is nothing but depressing.

I think most of the new technologies are pretty cool actually. I believe in the Man. As in the one thats tryin to hold us down.
