But the M3 pulls ahrdest in 4th gear. I've driven it. Many times. I've beat bone stock 2g DSM's to about 100 a few times with DinanM3atl's car. gotta keep in mind, the M3 has a close-ratio 5 speed, with a 5th gear 1:1, and it only geared for I beleive 155-160, so the gearing is spot-on for that car. The STi, on the other hand, has 2 OD gears, adn is fairly well known to be a pig over 100 in stock form. Do a lil research,. what I'm, saying is actually true. I used to work at a subaru dealership, I've seen pretty much everythign under the sun done to the STi.

I will check into the Subie OD gears, thanks for the heads up...I know Acura Tls and CLs also have 2 OD gears and they hit a wall over 100mph.....
