na when they screw u that is who you have to talk to a sales rep in a store will just smile in your face and try to convince u to add another line at a discounted rate who wants that when you have an outrageous phone bill all they will say is call customer care cause they handle that shit and then that ends up being your only option, i sell cell phones man i know how it works.
