He upgraded his service to like 1200 minutes a month because it would only be x amount of dollars more. The rep who made the change put the total number of minutes in wrong. Instead of 1200, she put 400. No biggie, we got it fixed. Well, since September of last year (which was when he did the upgrade) we did not receive a bill. I also have a Nextel and I receive my statements every month, but he never did. We would never know the balance until it was past due and they would threaten to cancel the service. Have you ever heard of this happening to other people? Now he we are in the process of paying off a HUGE bill that we have no record of the minutes used, overages on those minutes anything.
