Comparing a walmart employee to a bouncer at a club is a huge difference. There are a lot of diff scenario's that could play out here.

Opera could never want this to go to court, they wouldn't want their name in the paper saying that one of their bouncers got caught contributing to minors and for assault against the same minor.

Opera could say take it to court, say that the kid was, while intoxicated, being disruptive and causing a problem. After being handcuffed he was struggling and KICKING at the cops, and that was the cause for your eye, was defense. It may not swing but I know in KY that if you kick at a cop and he slams your head into a hood, good luck pressing any charges. Its them vs an underage drinking.

He could take them to court, they try the above, and fail, and he gets money, fined for underage drinking, the bouncer gets fired in all scenarios, and he gets money.
So WTF does that make you look? Holy fucking irony.

My Wal Mart story makes perfect fucking sense. Walmart employee beating you up is the same shit as an Opera employee beating you up. So you fucking tell me, what the fuck does Kentucky have to do with this shit? First of all, you have no idea what you're talking about. He didn't get caught for underage drinking. -Bouncer sold him 21+ band.
-OP buys alcohol
-Girl takes a sip of his alcohol.
-Some bouncer sees it, and kicks them out.
-Dude gets put in handcuffs and gets beaten up.

As far as I know....the cops never took his BAC, correct? So therefor, OP can claim that he never took a sip of alcohol. He had just bought the alcohol and was just chillin when the girl took a sip.

How can they prove he was drunk when there was no written evidence of his blood alcohol level?

Basically, dude got harassed by the bigger power and abused for the hell of it.

OP has something here for sure.
