jury's almost always side with the wronged individual vs the evil corporate entity (opera in this case)
you WILL get paid, probably through out of court settlement - and bouncer will have to bounce the fuck out lol.
the underage and drinking thing isn't even an issue imo. talk to a real lawyer instead of these clowns.
