um for you not knowing the law...alot of what you just posted was here-say! Unless they have it on video he cant prove it. They WILL have him on video breaking the law with possession of alcolhol. Therefore losing him alot of credability about anything he says against them! Plus he would still have to admit in court of what he did to put him in the wrong for the actions they took against him. Be shotting himself in the foot!
