Yeah you cant refute that. But what he has to hope is they have him on camera getting beat. If he does then he might be able to take a hit for the underage possession to sue the club. But if he takes them to court, has no video evidence of what happened. They have proof of him with the 21+ band, then he just shot himself in the foot, and its going to get real bad real fast!

My vote is to not risk it, and chalk it up as a hard lesson!
