The jetta clean diesel was not available when I bought my Camry hybrid. You also have to admit - VW is still recovering its image. Their previous generation had all sorts of electrical issues. Consumers will favor Toyota to VW obviously.

Had the VW been available 1 year earlier, I would have bought it.
