How abt this for a start.Get u a sauna suit and run with it.It might be easier since it's the fall and weather is like below 60.Try doing it that in the upper 90s, and it's the same feeling as u are wearing bunker coat except it's lighter.Once ur body adapted to it,get u a weight vest and do cross train. Firefighting is all abt that.Wearing a total of 60+lbs gear(depending on where u work) and do cross train.
