forget the lease.... if you show that the car they're saying they put a clutch in is, indeed, an autotradgic, they no longer have a principle on which to continue their suit and it will be dropped... thatis, if you're telling us everything, which i wouldnt hold my breath over. the lease (legally) has nothing to do with it.
