So a mechanic shop that i lease property to decided to sue me for a clutch they put into my car and they say they're going to sue me. But the funny thing is I have a automatic G35 and have only driven a manual once which was my cousin's car. So has this ever happened to anyone?

Then this should be a pretty open and shut case in court. You bring all documentation from the lease & eviction. You bring all documentation on your car, stating that your car is indeed an automatic. Tell the judge that they are bitter over getting evicted due to non-payment of rent, so they decided to sue you for work that they did not do. That is all.

I have no clue what you are talking about, but a woman tried to sue me once.

I hit her going less than 5mph in a Civic and she was in a Lincoln Continental. The only damage to her car was that she had a slight crack and and a streak in the paint on her bumper, only needing a respray. She files a lawsuit saying she has had extreme pain and suffering due to whiplash and some BS condition that the wreck aggravated. She was given a year to provide any medical records or proof of her pain and suffering, but of course, she had nothing. Case was dropped, but after a year of having the stress of a lawsuit over my head.

forget the lease.... if you show that the car they're saying they put a clutch in is, indeed, an autotradgic, they no longer have a principle on which to continue their suit and it will be dropped... thatis, if you're telling us everything, which i wouldnt hold my breath over. the lease (legally) has nothing to do with it.
