I hit her going less than 5mph in a Civic and she was in a Lincoln Continental. The only damage to her car was that she had a slight crack and and a streak in the paint on her bumper, only needing a respray. She files a lawsuit saying she has had extreme pain and suffering due to whiplash and some BS condition that the wreck aggravated. She was given a year to provide any medical records or proof of her pain and suffering, but of course, she had nothing. Case was dropped, but after a year of having the stress of a lawsuit over my head.
