being sued

i own commercial property which i lease to a mechanic shop and when they didn't want to pay the rent anymore i had to evict them and a few days ago i get a letter saying I'm being sued for them putting in a clutch in my car but my car is an automatic and as everybody probably knows automatics don't have a clutch. So just wondering if anybody has gotten sued for something that they never had done on their car? And what should I do.
