The location is ****ty, they have no lift... no tools.. nothing to run a business with. honestly, not even the hopes and dreams. Knowing bugman, if they wouldve painted his cars right... he probably would of found a cheap floor lift and gave it to them/installed it just as a welcome present to opening up a business! thats where they really screwed up

NO offense to BUgman, cause i think hes the coolest, but with all these "new" shops popping up, i wouldnt expect decent work from anyone of them. It seems most of these places think a business license and a 10x10 foot building means they can do anything.

Bugman was trying to help out Emily and get her shop on the map. If I opened a shop and had a guy fronting the cost of materials that car wouldn't leave untill it was perfect... Like can't see sh*t with a microscope perfect. That didn't happen.



Now business is business and sometimes sh*t doesn't go the way you planned. But if it's true Emily's talking sh*t about Bugman, that ain't right. They should have paid Bug for those jobs... Because now they have to be fixed, and talken for her own post:

And please, stop spreading this ridiculous notion that it actually saves a shop ANY time when people bring their cars in "prepped" for paint.

It makes it take longer, because we have to go back and fix everything you THOUGHT you knew what you were doing on, and then prep it correctly, and paint it, and listen to people say "Why is it $750? I prepped it myself!"

Emily is a great person but I think she doesn't have the balls to run something like this. She doesn't know how to be mean/stern as far as I have seen and that's something you really need if your going to run any type of business.

She did apologize to us several times about the quality of work as we were looking over the red hatch but we took it home anyway since we were told it was ready for the 2nd time. Also having words with the painter I didn't think it was a good idea to leave anything of mine there any longer. She knew it was not good but I am understanding she is saying differently now and just wanted to know.

I was pretty much called a pus because I did not start a post about this while someone else did. Well I figured if that was the case then here it is. Why in the world should I be the one worried about what people think? I didn't do anything wrong that I know of but if I did I want to know. That was the main purpose of this thread.

However this entire thread has taken off in the wrong direction so I am outta here. I will say that I have no hard feelings but didn't think it was quite fair that things were being said about us that were not true.

if it was some random kid in a **** box civic it woulda been a diffrent story but any one who knows bugman knows that he is willing to help anyone, and is one of the nicest and most welcoming people youll ever meet. and like posted befor he took them there im sure to be nice seeing he has a paint booth. he just wanted to help and emily and steve should have made the cars look amazing and im sure bugman could get them alot of business. it really just wasnt a good way to start.

Anyone that cares to see your extreme quality of perfection that you are completely satisfied with leaving your shop I will make is possible. I have not touched either car so anyone wanting to see either of them in person shoot me a PM and I will gladly drive one to you for you to see what she thinks is quality paint.

How about the drivers door side? And why were you apologizing to me so much when we picked it up to now go around saying that it was pristine and showed a shot in the direct sunlight hiding 1/2 the paint???

Even in the best possible angle in the brightest sun you could find you still can't hide some of the issues at hand.

Red wheels, red tires, red cowl section, red trim over the black, front headlight inner missed 80%, etc. That's the exact picture that I was forwarded also with you saying that it left your shop in top quality form.

Emily I am very disappointed that you would stand there in your shop and apologize to us repeatedly while looking over the car and then stpop to this. I found it hard to believe when I was told this by several people that saw the car at your shop but thank you for confirming it for everyone.

I find something surprising every day of my life so this just blends right in with the rest of garbage I deal with. Appreciate it!
