inside your shop? where there's not much light at the moment? bc that'd make sense.

And as far as that car goes, you signed an invoice for it when you picked it up. Rememeber? I'm sorry if you didn't read what you signed, but that invoice said the work was done to your satisfaction. It's not my fault that you either didn't read what you signed, or didn't inspect the car fully upon delivery. Patrick agreed to buff it again and get a little more shine out of it, which is more than he should have done, but he did anyways.

If you want to mince words with Patrick about how the color was picked on the blue car, feel free to call him. You have his number. It's easy to be a keyboard commando when the situation appears to be in your favor, since I know that nothing I will ever say or do will make this disappear. All I can do is move on and concentrate on the other cars we have in the shop, which is exactly what I'm doing. Like I said, we offered you options, you can take them or leave them. The red car is a done deal, the blue one you do have options on.

We've done other work and have had no complaints, and upon realizing that this was going to be an issue, we started offering alternative lines of solution. That's the best we can do.
If that car came out of my shop, I wouldn't give a tinkers damn if the customer signed that agreement or not. I would not let anything of that quality leave. He shouldn't have to look over the car, your WORD should be plenty, and it apparently was not.

are you serious? you have the audacity to try to act like the paint shouldnt look decent up close? you are a ****ing idiot.....do you not have any pride in what comes out of your "shop"?

so youre admitting to swindling a customer by hiding behind some bull**** clause on an invoice? what a piece of **** you and your shop really are...seeing the pictures patrick should have agreed to repaint it, or find some other technical school paint shop grad who could atleast attempt a better job....**** buffing, repaint the ****ing car you ogre

do you own the shop or does he? he should be talking to the owner, if both of you are owners then you dip****s need to get together and figure out how to make this right for bug, seeing this guys painting skills would automatically let me know i shouldnt include letting him repaint any vehicle as an option to make things right...

when was this? when he came to pick them up or when you all pulled the cars out with these ****astic paint jobs? are you blind, did you see the spots that were missed, the runs, etc? you and your business are a ****ing joke, you have ****ed over an upstanding member of IA, an all around good guy, and a family oriented guy to boot....you think people just have money laying around these days to fuel your bull**** dreams? there comes a time when a person must realize you are not going to succeed at a dream, i think if left alone this is the turning point where you end up moving out of your shop before the lease is up b/c you cant continue to fund a sinking ship....i mean for ****s sake i want to be a porn star, but my **** isnt big enough....so i just stick to the fat bitches

Emily he signed because he was told that there was nothing else going to be done. i dont blame him for coming to get it. Just use this as a lesson learned.

No.. he signed the invoice when he came to pick up the car. I told him the car was done, and it was painted. If he was not happy with the job, then he should not have signed, pointed out things that he was not happy with, and there would have been no problem at all... no hard feelings. But he DID sign, and I was very careful in the way that I worded the invoice, so it is simple and to the point. And he signed saying that the work was done to his specification (which was painting the car) and that the work was done to his satisfaction. We were not rushing him or anything when he came to pick it up, and it was broad daylight and the car was outside. He had all the opportunity in the world to inspect the car. As a business, it's not our problem that he didn't, but we worked on the car AFTER he signed it as a gesture of goodwill, and he took it and threw it right back in our faces.

Fuck stance. Stance is for kids in skinny jeans with Justin Beiber haircuts. You don't need stance when you got swagger.

Remember what i said 5 pages ago
I know Emilys history, and she has NO BUSINESS being apart of ANYTHING that has MOTORSPORTS in it.

Shes had a bunch of halfassed projects she runs her mouth about and none of them have amounted to anything .

I dont care about her personality, im talking about credentials of running an operating a business.

THis is BUSINESS ,its not therapy. Its not lets all be nice to each other an help out. Its cut throat.

You better know what you are doing , or you will FAIL.

SHe just doesnt have the qualifications , and now that ive seen their painter, neither does he

She may be a lovely individual personality wise, but i could give 2 sh!ts about that

All that statement did was verify that you are just looking to make a quick buck. You don't care what kind of work comes out your shop, and thats why it wont last.

Hm so why did I bring it back after being so pleased with it? We went over everything and you said it needed to be repainted and I agreed. I had no idea that you were trying to screw me over by getting me to sign the so called receipt which was 5 minutes after you said it needed to be resprayed. I brought it back after that and you buffed it a little and told me it was really nice and to come and get it. I signed that the first time remember? Ha Ha you don't even know what your saying now. Geez get your story straight.

While going to school for automotive collision repair/paint I've seen people who have NEVER painted a car before make a car come out 100x better than that.

Repaint the man's car. (using another painter/prep). Send it to maaco (bc you obviously can't handle an all-over paint job.)

color matching isn't hard either, take a sample to the paint store and they will scan it with there computers and come up with an exact match. (i've done this with multple cars with different color paints)

Even if he did sign the papers, do you not have pride in what you send out of your shop? I sure as hell wouldn't be proud of those 2 cars, matter of fact if ANY cars came out of my shop like that I would personally quit doing this type of work and rethink my career.

Me too after I got off of work at 6. These 2 cars aren't even my cars and I'm pissed, lol. autobody shops are to improve cars not butcher them.

Well to some of u ppl that think bugman hasn't handle this in a mature way your way wrong. I am the 1 that made the 1st thread and started this, because bugman is like family to me and i was upset,he never once wanted it to get out and blow up like this. I am pretty sure those cars will never see rockstars so called "paint booth" again considering damage is done. But the fact that she is showing ppl pictures of the car after this is already over with, and she is trying to cover up there fu**up just blows my mind when every 1 has seen how the paint is on pictures. And if u guy's was to see it in person u would take it upon yourself to go buy some spray paint and make it look 100times better.
I check sluts off my list like a maintnence man
I drive a low is3 just so it gives me a reason to drive super slow on these rough ga roads.

LOL their shop isnt to far away from somewhere im at a lot.

The fact is if you're doing work for money, you should do the best possible work and have it completed PROPERLY prior to EVER calling the customer and saying its ready.
