yeah his friend is seriously F'd up. but i dont put much if any blame on Nick for his actions. you know his friend was involved in what they were doing, and im sure he was egging Nick on at some point. i dont know about you, but 8 months in jail is a long time, thats a lil less than a whole year. he doesnt deserve that for a mistake. and accident. he needs his liscence takn away, thats for sure, but jail, nah, mabye 2 weeks at the most, thats plenty of thinking time.
